  • How long should I pop my PopBox™?

    Stand by the microwave oven and turn it off when the popping slows to 2-3 pops per second. Some people achieve the perfect pop in 2 minutes, while other can take as long as 3 minutes. Once the cooking process has begun, do not pause it and restart or you may overheat the box. 


    The use of combination ovens/ microwaves is not recommended for any microwave popcorn product.

  • Can my children prepare the PopBox™?

    Children should not cook the PopBox™. But please do let them pull the tabs on the side to build the box!

  • Can I use a combination oven/ microwave to cook a PopBox

    No. Combination ovens/ microwaves are not recommended for any microwave popcorn product.

  • Is PopBox™ Palm Oil free?

    Yes. PopBox™ is palm oil free.

  • Is PopBox™ dairy free?

    Yes. None of our ingredients contains milk or dairy.

  • Is PopBox™ vegan-friendly?

    Yes. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

  • Is PopBox™ gluten-free?

    Yes. None of our ingredients contains gluten.

  • Does PopBox™ contain artificial colours?

    We do not use artificial colours.

  • Can I recycle the PopBox™?

    Please recycle the PopBox™ and ingredients tray. Please dispose of the sleeve and film thoughtfully.

  • Where do you get your popcorn?

    All of our popcorn is sourced ethically from Australian growers.

  • Does any PopBox™ contain Diacetyl?

    No. We never have and never will use Diacetyl.

  • Can I eat the unpopped kernels?

    Unpopped kernels may be present, do not consume unpopped kernels. Do not allow children to consume unpopped kernels.

  • Can I re-use the PopBox™ for arts and crafts projects?

  • Does PopBox Contain PFAS?

    PFAS are not used in the manufacturing process or added to the cardboard ingredient tray, or any other food contact surface in the PopBox.
